SERVICE CALL

When the Service Call message appears, the following LED indication is shown on the control panel. (All LEDs are flashing.) This error is shown when there is an error that cannot be cleared by the user. 

 

LED indication - SERVICE CALL

 

Turn off the power switch, and then turn it back on and try to print again.
If the error is not cleared after turning the power switch off and then back on, press Go button, the LEDs will light up as the images below to identify the error.

Main PCB failure:

The Error LED is on. (Red)
The Toner, Drum and Ready LEDs are Off.

 

LED indication - Main PCB failure

Fuser unit failure:

The Toner LED is on. (Yellow)
The Drum, Error and Ready LEDs are Off.

 

LED indication - Fuser unit failure

Laser unit failure:

The Drum LED is on. (Yellow)
The Toner, Error and Ready LEDs are Off.
 

 

LED indication - Laser unit failure

Main motor failure:

The Toner LED is on. (Yellow)
The Error LED is on. (Red)
The Drum and Ready LED are off.

 

LED indication - Main mortor failure

High voltage failure:

The Toner and Drum LED are on. (Yellow)
The Error and Ready LED are off.
 

 

LED indication - High voltage failure

FAN Failure:

The Drum LED is on. (Yellow)
The Error LED is on. (Red)
The Toner and Ready LED are off.

 

LED indication - FAN failure

Zero Cross Error:

The Toner and Drum LED are on. (Yellow)
The Error is on. (Red)
The Ready LED if off.

 

LED indication - High voltage failure
