SERVICE CALL
When the Service Call message appears, the following LED indication is shown on the control panel. (All LEDs are flashing.) This error is shown when there is an error that cannot be cleared by the user.
Turn off the power switch, and then turn it back on and try to print again.
If the error is not cleared after turning the power switch off and then back on, press Go button, the LEDs will light up as the images below to identify the error.
Main PCB failure: The Error LED is on. (Red)

Fuser unit failure: The Toner LED is on. (Yellow)
|
Laser unit failure: The Drum LED is on. (Yellow)
|
Main motor failure: The Toner LED is on. (Yellow)
|
High voltage failure: The Toner and Drum LED are on. (Yellow)
|
FAN Failure: The Drum LED is on. (Yellow)
|
Zero Cross Error: The Toner and Drum LED are on. (Yellow)
