Dirty spots are printed on the paper
Check the following points:

Is the media suitable and are you using preprinted or inkjet paper? Replace the media with a recommended size and type also confirm that your printer driver settings are correct.

The print head cartridge may be old or damaged. Replace the print head cartridge. To see how to replace the print head cartridge, click here.
