The printer does not start printing, or the printer is off.
First, turn the printer off and then on again, then check the following:
- Make sure the label is not longer than 43 cm/17''. If necessary, reduce the label length, and then try to print again.

If the label length is correct, try to reduce the label data size. Do one of the following:
- Reduce the label quality
- Edit the label to make its layout less complex
When finished, try to print again. - If you have confirmed the previous steps and you still cannot print, turn the printer off and then on again, and then try to print.
