A data transmission error appears on your computer.

Please check the following.
         

  1. Is the correct port selected?
    Make sure that the correct port is selected.
                     
  2. Is the machine in cooling mode (the power indicator is blinking in orange)?
    Wait until the indicator stops blinking, and then try printing again.
                        
  3. Is someone printing via the network?
    If you try to print while other users are printing large amounts of data, the machine will be unable to accept your print job until ongoing printing is finished. In such a situation, execute the print job again after the other jobs are completed.
