How to identify the printer's firmware version
To learn how to find out what version of firmware you have, please follow the instructions below:
- Make sure that the HGe or TZe tape cassette is set and the tape compartment cover is closed. We recommend using the tape wider than 1" / 24mm.
- Turn on the Printer.
- Press and hold the Feed/Cut button.

When the list of printer settings is printed, check the following item under "<<PRINTER CONFIGURATION>>".
"ProgVerPTXXXXX VerX.XX"
PT-9700PC, PT-9800PCN, PT-P900W/P900Wc, PT-P950NW
