After leaving the MPrint in a car, it no longer works. The paper has also turned black.

If your MPrint no longer works, contact the sales outlet where the printer was purchased.

Please do not leave your MPrint in a car because it can get extremely hot. Only operate and store the printer within the following environmental conditions.

  • Temperature : 0 - 40 degrees Celsius
  • Humidity : 20 - 80 % (Maximum wet-bulb temperature : 27 degrees Celsius)

The MPrint range of printers use thermal paper. Do not leave thermal paper in a location subject to high temperature and high humidity. Do not expose directly to sunlight either. If the paper is left in a car, it can discolour or darken.
