The AC adapter does not work.

The AC adapter cable could become damaged if you wind the cable around its body or bend the cable.

Please ensure that the power cable is not pulled where it meets the body of the AC adapter housing.

If the AC adapter fails to work, contact the sales outlet where the printer was purchased.
