Follow the procedure below to clean this message;

 


  1. Switch the printer off and then on again.

  2. Set the "ERROR PRINT" setting ON.
    (From the Control Panel, "PRINT MENU"->"BR-SCRIPT"->"ERROR PRINT")

  3. Try to print the document again.

  4. If you still get see the same error message, try re-sending the print job at a lower resolution.

  5. Alternatively, try adding more memory to the printer.

If it's only one page you cannot print, or the problem occurs using a specific application, a setting within the application could be causing the problem.
Please contact your software vendor, or visit your software vendors web site, to see if they can help.
