Precautions for resizing imported embroidery patterns.

If the imported embroidery pattern is reduced, the sewn stitching may become entangled, and the needle may bend or break.

Observe the following precautions when changing the size of embroidery patterns created with other software.

  • Check the size
Check that the size of the embroidery pattern to be imported is smaller than the size of the embroidery frame to be used (100 mm x 100 mm (4" x 4") or 130 mm x 180 mm (5" x 7")).

  • Enlargement/reduction range
When enlarging or reducing the imported embroidery pattern, resize it between approximately 90% and 120% of the original size.
