How do I clear the message "Searching for Base Unit (Base Unit not detected)"?

Please check the following:

  • Is the cordless handset too far from the machine (base unit)?

    Bring the cordless handset closer to the machine (base unit).

 

  • Is the On/Off or Power Save key on the machine (base unit) off?

    Check that the machine (base unit) is plugged in and powered ON. The On/Off or Power Save key is located on the control panel. When powered OFF the display is blank.
