Tray not detected / Paper Tray not detected / Paper Tray #1 not detected

There are two cases when the display shows this message. Follow the solution suitable for your case.

 

Cause1: The Paper tray is not completely inserted.

Slowly push the paper tray completely into the machine.

 

Cause2: Paper or a foreign object has prevented the paper tray from being inserted properly.

Pull the paper tray out of the machine, and remove the jammed paper or foreign object.
