What do the indicator lights mean?
Power LED indications
The indicators light and blink to indicate the printer's status.
The following symbols are used in this FAQ to explain the meaning of the different indicator colors and patterns.

LED Color | Description |
---|---|
Power is ON. | |
- The printer is downloading data from a computer. - The printer is paused. |

The printer is removing data from memory. | |
The Print Head is open or there is a Cutter error. | |
There is a printing error, such as "Paper Empty", "Paper Jam", "Ribbon Empty", or "Memory Error". |
