How can I reset the printer?
You can reset the printer settings in two ways: resetting all the settings or resetting communication settings only.
Resetting all the settings
- Turn off the printer.

Hold down the (Power) and (Feed&Cut) buttons for more than three seconds.
- The (Status) indicator flashes in green and the (Power) indicator lights in orange.

Continue holding down the (Power) button, and press the (Feed&Cut) button six times.
- The (Power) indicator flashes three times in orange and the (Status) indicator flashes three times in green.
- All printer settings will be reset to the factory settings.
Resetting the communication settings
- Turn off the printer.

Hold down the (Power) and (Feed&Cut) buttons for more than three seconds.
- The (Status) indicator flashes in green and the (Power) indicator lights in orange.

Continue holding down the (Power) button, and press the (Feed&Cut) button two times (for APIPA On) or four times (for APIPA Off).
- The (Power) indicator flashes three times in orange and the (Status) indicator flashes three times in green.
- The communication settings will be reset to the factory settings.
