Scratches (paper feed roller marks) appear at the center on the printed side on the glossy paper.
This issue may occur depending on the paper you are using.
We recommend you use the Brother glossy photo paper which is especially designed for Brother inkjet machines. Click here to see details of the Brother glossy photo paper on the Consumables & Options page.
