When the Cannot Print ## message appears on the status monitor, the following LED indications is shown on the control panel. 

The Error LED () are on or the Error LED () and Ready LED () will blink.

The error message "Cannot Print ##" is an indication that the machine has a mechanical issue. The "##" is a different error message depending on the condition of your machine. The "##" is a 2-digit number or alphabet. 

For example, Cannot Print 32, Cannot Print ZC, etc.

Press and hold (Power) to turn the machine off, wait a few minutes, and then turn it on again.
