Every time I join the meeting via web browser, I am asked to install plug in. Do I have to install this every time?
No, you should click right into an online meeting the second and subsequent time you click on a OmniJoin meeting room URL.

Check the system requirements. If you don't meet the system requirements, OmniJoin may not work well.
For more information on the system requirements, refer to the latest User's Guide for Computer in the Manuals section of this web site. - Verify you have sufficient installation rights (e.g., Power User or Administrator). Note OmniJoin dynamically downloads software components as needed. Under some operating system and network security settings, OmniJoin may download certain components for each meeting (instead of only once, which is typical). Mostly corporate environments, even dynamic components may be blocked. Contact your system administrator for assistance.
If you use Google Chrome™, you are required to install a plug in every time.
