To Broadcast a fax, follow these instructions:
-
Press the FAX key to illuminate it.
-
Place the document(s) you will be faxing face up in the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF).
- After you put your document(s) in the ADF, the Brother machine's LCD should display "ADF Ready" for a few seconds and then display the fax-sending options.
-
Enter the fax numbers you want to Broadcast to.

- If you did not use any One-Touch or Speed Dial numbers for Groups, you can Broadcast to up to 366 different numbers.
- If the memory is full, press Stop/Exit to cancel the job. If more than one page has been scanned, you can press Black (Mono) Start to send the portion of the fax that is in your Brother machine's memory.
- If a particular number is busy, the Brother machine will redial the number automatically. If there is no response from a particular number, the Brother machine will not redial it.
