Your machine cannot be found. (E02002)
Please check the followings:
This function is only available for ScanNCut DX machine.
Make sure that your machine is connected to your computer by USB cable.
Make sure your machine is turned on.

Make sure that the machine is turned on, and the cutting machine is connected to your computer using a USB cable.

This function is only available for 64-bit edition of Windows.
For Windows 32-bit and Macintosh users, transfer the pattern using another method.
For details, refer to Instructions for sending patterns created in CanvasWorkspace to the cutting machine for cutting or drawing.

This function is only available for the ScanNCut DX machine.
For ScanNCut and DesignNCut users, transfer the pattern using another method.
For details, refer to Instructions for sending patterns created in CanvasWorkspace to the cutting machine for cutting or drawing.

If you have checked all the above, but the same error occurs, uninstall CanvasWorkspace and reinstall it.
