I was able to print using Google Cloud Print™, but suddenly I cannot print (unable to connect).
The security settings of Google Cloud Print™ have recently changed. If you have been using Google Cloud Print™ without any problems, and suddenly you cannot, this change in security settings may be the cause.
Update the firmware of your machine to the latest one to solve the issue by following the steps below:
Check the firmware version of your machine. Click here to see how to check the firmware version.
Click here to visit the Downloads section to check the latest version of the firmware.
If the firmware version of your Brother machine is earlier than the latest available version, update the firmware.
If your Brother machine already has the latest firmware, the following could be the cause of the issue:
- Your Brother machine has no power.
- Your Brother machine is not connected to a network.
- Your Google account information is not registered to your Brother machine.
- If the firmware version of your Brother machine is earlier than the latest available version, update the firmware.
