Fabric puckers

There is a mistake in the upper or bobbin threading.
Check the steps for threading the machine and rethread it correctly.
Refer to How do I set the bobbin ? , How do I thread my machine ?

Spool cap is set incorrectly.
Check the method for attaching the spool cap, then reattach the spool cap.
Refer to How do I thread my machine ?

Using improper needle or thread for the selected fabric.
Sewing : Check the Fabric/Thread/Needle Combinations chart.
Refer to Combination of fabric, thread and needle.

Using improper needle, thread or the fabric prepared insufficiently for embroidering.
Embroidery : Use a ball point needle 75/11 for embroidery.
Use embroidery thread and embroidery bobbin thread.
Attach a stabilizer material for embroidery to the fabric.

Needle is turned, bent or the point is dull.
Replace the needle.

Stitches are too long when sewing thin fabrics.
Sewing : Shorten the stitch length.

Thread tension is set incorrectly.
Adjust the thread tension.

Wrong presser foot.
Sewing : Use the correct presser foot.

Fabric and stabilizer are not taut in the embroidery frame.
Embroidery : Set the fabric into the frame correctly.

Incorrect or insufficient stabilizer is being used.
Embroidery : Attach the stabilizer correctly.
