My machine does not print.

Please check the following:

 

  • If the batteries are weak, the machine does not print. Replace all of them with six new AAA (LR03) batteries.

  • Check that the batteries are inserted in the correct direction. The "+" POSITIVE ends of the bottom set should be pointing toward the top edge of the machine, and the "+" POSITIVE ends of the top set should be pointing toward the bottom edge of the machine.

  • Check that the tape cassette is inserted correctly.
