How do I adjust the settings of the ring volume, beeper volume and speaker volume on my Brother machine?
Please follow steps below:
Adjusting Ring Volume:
- Press Menu or Menu/Set.
- Select General Setup => Volume => Ring.
- Select the volume level. Press OK, Set or Menu/Set.
- Press Stop or Stop/Exit.
- Press Menu or Menu/Set.
- Select General Setup => Volume => Beeper.
- Select the volume level. Press OK, Set or Menu/Set.
- Press Stop or Stop/Exit.
- Press Menu or Menu/Set.
- Select General Setup => Volume => Speaker.
- Select the volume level. Press OK, Set or Menu/Set.
- Press Stop or Stop/Exit.
If Message Center (TAD) feature is available for your Brother machine, you can adjust the speaker volume while you are listening to incoming and outgoing messages on the Brother machine's built-in Message Center (TAD) by pressing or .
If you turn Incoming Message Monitoring OFF, then you will not be able to hear caller's leaving messages over your Brother machine's speaker. You can still use or to control the volume during other Message Center (TAD) operations.
