The color of printouts are not what I expected.
- Initiate a test print from the control panel.
- Check that the toner cartridges are installed correctly.
- Check that the toner cartridges are not empty. If it's empty, replace the toner cartridge. To see how to replace the toner cartridge, click here.
- Adjust the color by using the custom setting in the driver. Colors the printer can display and colors you see on a monitor are different. The printer may not be able to reproduce the colors on your monitor.
- Check to ensure the specified paper was used.
