Please follow the steps below to solve the problem:

Choose Reduce Paper Curl mode in the printer driver when you do not use our recommended paper.

For Windows users / For Macintosh users

For Windows users:

NOTE: The steps and screens may differ depending on the operating system and application being used.

1. Open Printing Preferences. Click here to see the details of how to open Printing Preferences.
   
    
2. Click the Advanced tab and then Other Print Options.
   
   
   
   
   
3. Choose Improve Print Output and click Reduce Paper Curl.
   
   
   
   
   
4. Click OK to close the Other Print Options dialog.
5. Click OK to close the Properties dialog.
6. Click OK. The document will be printed.

3. Choose Reduce Paper Curl for Improve Print Output, and then click OK.

1. Open Print dialog. Click here to see the details of how to open Print dialog.
2. Choose Print Settings from the print options pop-up menu, and click the Advanced triangle mark.
3. Click Improve Print Output.
4. Click the Reduce Paper Curl button.
   
   
   
   
   
5. Click Print.

2. Choose Printer Features from the print options pop-up menu, and choose General 1 for Feature Sets.
