I cannot print labels when the Active Docking Station / Charging Cradle is connected.
If you cannot print labels while connected to the printer or Active Docking Station / Charging Cradle (PA-CR-002) via USB, for example during battery charging, an incorrect printer may be selected in your operating system.
Do the following:
Before you proceed, make sure that:
- The printer is turned on.
- The printer is connected to the computer via USB.
- The Active Docking Station / Charging Cradle is NOT connected to the computer via USB.

Open the Devices and Printers window.

Change your view to [Tiles].

The printer and the Active Docking Station / Charging Cradle are recognized as two different USB-connected devices.
Make sure the printer connected to your computer is selected (its icon becomes highlighted), and then try to print again.
