The printer does not enter the sleep mode when it is connected via a wireless LAN.
The printer may not enter the sleep mode when it is connected using infrastructure mode with its wireless LAN connection mode set to [Direct/Infra].
Follow the steps below to change the wireless LAN connection mode.
- Press the [Menu] () button on the printer.
- Select [WLAN] and press the [OK] button.
- Select [Mode] and press the [OK] button.
- Select [Infrastructure] or [Direct] according to the setting you are using, and then press the [OK] button.
