When printing with the thermal transfer method, the print or cutting position gradually shifts.

This issue occurs when you perform the media sensor calibration without loading a ribbon.

 

When you print with the thermal transfer method, make sure that the ribbon is loaded in the machine, and then calibrate the media sensor.
