Possible Causes (or Results)
When the optional scanning mat is used, scanning is performed without peeling off the blue tape.
Solutions
Peel off the blue tape from the optional scanning mat before scanning.
CM110, CM300, CM350, CM550DX/ CM550, CM700, CM900
