I am using Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and cannot send and/or receive faxes. What can I do?

Your Brother machine does not support sending or receiving faxes using Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP).  There have been reports of Voice Over IP Providers stating that Brother machines support this function, however this is not an accurate statement.  Brother will continue to monitor customer requests for possible future products.
