How do I print the received faxes that are stored in memory? (Fax Storage)

If you have enabled Fax Storage, you can still print the faxes from memory when you are at your machine. To print the faxes you have received, please follow these steps:

  1. Press the Menu key.
  2. Press the right or left navigation key until FAX appears and press Set.
  3. Press the right or left navigation key until REMOTE FAX OPT appears and press Set.
  4. Press the right or left navigation key until PRINT FAX or PRINT DOCUMENT appears and press Set.
  5. Press the Fax Start key.
  6. After the Brother machine has finished printing, press Stop/Exit.

If you set Fax Storage to ON, your Brother machine automatically prints faxes as they are received into memory. This is a safety feature to prevent you from losing your messages in the event of a power failure.
