Select either USB or Serial.
If both are connected, the USB connection will take priority.
When the USB cable is connected, the serial port cannot be used for communication.
If a communication error occurs when a serial port is selected, check whether the USB cable is connected to the printer.
If so, remove the USB cable from the printer.
