Size Error DX

Please check the following points to solve the problem:
  • The paper size defined in the printer driver and the control panel menu is not available for automatic 2-sided (duplex) printing.

    Press Cancel. Choose a paper size that is supported by the duplex tray.

  • The paper in the tray is not the correct size and is not available for automatic 2-sided (duplex) printing.

    Load the correct size of paper in the tray and set the size of paper for the tray.
The paper sizes you can use for automatic 2-sided (duplex) printing are A4, Letter, Legal or Folio.
