No Paper

The error message "No Paper" is displayed when the machine is out of paper or paper is not correctly loaded in the specified paper tray.

Please follow the steps below to resolve the problem:

  1. Check the paper tray shown on the machine's display (hereinafter called LCD).

    • If it is empty, put a new stack of paper in the paper tray. If the message continues to appear, go to STEP 2.

    • If there is paper in the paper tray, make sure it is straight. If the paper is curled, straighten it before printing. Sometimes it is helpful to remove the paper, turn the stack over and put it back in the paper tray. If the message continues to appear, go to STEP 2.

    - Load the same size paper shown on the LCD.

    - Make sure the paper guides are set to the correct size.

  2. The paper pick-up roller may need to be cleaned. Clean the paper pick-up roller. (Click here to see how to clean the paper pick-up roller.)

  3. Remove the paper tray and re-install it firmly back into the machine.

  4. Check that you use the paper that meets our specifications. (Click here to see the recommended paper.)
