The Brother Print Support App is available for:
- Windows 11 version 24H2 or later
- Devices listed in the "Product Support List" below

To install the app:
- Your Windows computer must be connected to the Internet.
- Your Brother machine must be connected to the network or to your computer via USB.

Follow the steps below to install the Brother Print Support App.

Network connection

1. Click Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.

2. Click Add device.

3. Detected printers and scanners will be displayed.

4. Click Add device again.

5. The Brother Print Support App is installed automatically from the Microsoft Store.

Note: The installation may take several minutes.

USB connection

1. Connect the USB cable from your machine to a USB port on the computer.

2. The Brother Print Support App is installed automatically from the Microsoft Store.
