The driver and software available for the earlier versions of macOS cannot be installed on macOS 12.

Scanner Driver

If your machine supports AirPrint, you can scan without installing the scanner driver.

Brother iPrint&Scan

You can download Brother iPrint&Scan from the App Store. Make sure your Brother product is compatible with macOS 12. For more information, see the Product Support List below.

To scan using your machine's Scan key, you must install the iPrint&Scan Push Scan Tool. The iPrint&Scan Push Scan Tool for macOS 12 is available in your model's Downloads section.
