What do the indicator lights mean?
The indicators light or blink to indicate the printer's status.

Turn off the printer and then turn it on again. Try to connect to Infrastructure mode once again. For the connection method, see FAQ: “How do I connect the printer to my computer via Wi-Fi®?” |

Cut your printed paper | Slide your finger from left to right on the Swipe-To-Cut panel to cut your printed paper. For how to cut your printed paper, see FAQ: “How do I cut the printed paper?” |

Remove the paper jam | Check if paper printed earlier is left or jammed in the Print Output Slot. Hold down the cassette button, remove the roll cassette and the paper. |
(All LEDs lit) |
The roll cassette is not installed or cannot be recognized | Make sure the roll cassette is installed correctly. |
