What do the indicator lights mean?

The indicators light or blink to indicate the printer's status.

Turn off the printer and then turn it on again. Try to connect to Infrastructure mode once again.

Cut your printed paper Slide your finger from left to right on the Swipe-To-Cut panel to cut your printed paper.

All LEDs blink simultaneously

Remove the paper jam Check if paper printed earlier is left or jammed in the Print Output Slot. Hold down the cassette button, remove the roll cassette and the paper.

The roll cassette is not installed or cannot be recognized Make sure the roll cassette is installed correctly.
