E12001 appears on the computer screen.

Error message

File size may be too large. A file larger than 5MB cannot be imported.(E12001)

 

 

 

  • Cause
    The data imported to trace image is too large.

     
  • Solutions
    The data more than 5 MB cannot be imported.
    Reduce the file size with image editing app, and then try it again, or select another image file.
