The material to be cut/drawn or original to be scanned peels off during cutting/scanning.

When I created a cutting data scanning my illustration, some areas were not converted to the cutting lines.

What should I do if the scanned and cut positions are misaligned?

The 12" × 24" (305 mm × 610 mm) mat cannot be used with scanning function.

Unwanted images are scanned.

The lines printed on the mat are scanned.

Scanning cannot be done cleanly (there are lines in the scanned image).
