How to remove the fabric from the machine when sewing cover stitches.

By hand, turn the handwheel toward you until the needle is at its highest position.

Raise the presser foot.

While firmly taking the fabric with your hand, push the thread release button to the right for the needle thread currently being used to open the thread tension disc.

Be careful when taking the fabric since the light bulb is very hot.

Slowly pull the fabric in the direction of the arrow with (3).

Be sure to pull the fabric to the back.

Cut the needle thread which comes out on the upside of the fabric.

Again, slowly pull the fabric in the direction of the arrow, so that the end of the needle threads are pulled out behind the fabric.

Cut the looper thread.

All threads are pulled at the back. Tie all threads together and cut.
