How do I confirm Windows98SE?
1.Click the Start button on the lower left corner of your computer, and click "Settings". Then select "Control Panel".
2.Select the "System" in the "Control Panel" folder.
3. Your System of Windows 98 will be appeared.
Only when "Second Edition"is appeared,
you can install this "USB Driver"
