When I type "http://10.10.100.1" to access the home screen in the web browser, the scanned images stored on the scanner's SD card are not displayed on the home screen.

Follow the steps below to resolve this issue.

Check if SD is displayed on scanner's display (hereinafter called LCD).

If PC is displayed on the LCD instead of SD, your scanner is in TWAIN mode.

Press Start / OK, and then display SD on the LCD to change to Mass Storage mode (SD mode).
Check if your scanner is not scanning a document.

The scanned image will not be displayed until scanning is complete.

Display the web browser again when scanning is complete.
