The paper does not feed from MultiPurpose Tray(MP Tray).

You can change the paper input tray on the printer control panel and also on the printer driver. 


To choose the setting to feed paper from the Multi-purpose Tray, firstly please follow the instructions below.

  1. Continue to press the "+" button on the Printer Control Panel until the menu "PAPER" is displayed.
  2. Press the "Set" button.
  3. Continue to press "+" button until the menu "MP FIRST" is displayed.
  4. Press the "Set" button and press "+" to select "ON".
  5. Press the "Set" button.

Next, open the Printer Driver Property and make the following settings:

  1. Open the printer folder.
  2. Right click on the printer name icon (i.e HL-1850/1870N series) and select the "Property" from the Menu.
  3. Open the "Basic" tab.
  4. At "Paper Source" section, please select "Auto Select" as "First Page" and "Same as First page" as "Other Pages".
