The paper in the tray is not the correct size. Load the correct size of paper in the tray and set the "Paper Size".


You can set the "Paper Size" by the following steps:

• Press Menu and choose General Setup => Paper => Paper Size.
   
• If your Brother machine has a touchscreen, press Menu and choose General Setup => Tray Setting.
