Clean the corona wire inside the drum unit by sliding the blue tab. Be sure to return the blue tab to the home position. Please see "How do I clean the corona wire?".
The drum unit may be damaged. Put in a new drum unit. Please see the instructions, "How do I replace the drum unit?".
The fuser unit may be contaminated. Contact Brother Customer Service from "Contact Us".
