Please check the following points:

• Make sure that the paper is loaded properly. If the paper is over the maximum paper mark (1), reduce the quantity of paper.

• Check the paper type and quality.

• Turn over the stack of paper in the tray or try rotating the paper 180 degrees in the input tray.
