E00007 appears on the computer screen.
Error message
The fields cannot be empty. Please enter a valid address and port. (E00007)

Cause
The proxy settings are incorrect.

Solution
Enter a valid address and port of the proxy settings on the Login screen or from the Proxy Settings in the Help menu when selecting Manual proxy settings.
If you don’t know the proxy settings, select the Automatically detect proxy settings.
