FAQs & Troubleshooting

FAQs & Troubleshooting

The VT-1000 does not work when I select VT-Multi in Playback device. (VT-Multi)

Try the following steps:

  1. Make sure the VT-1000 is connected on your computer.
  2. Turn up the VT-Multi's speaker volume and make sure the VT-Multi is not set to Mute. During OmniJoin operation, select the Audio tab, make sure the mute icon in "Speaker Volume" is turned off and adjust the Speaker Volume up.
  3. Disconnect and then reconnect the VT-1000's USB cable to your computer. Please note that, if this is done during OmniJoin operation, the audio device settings will be changed when you reconnect the VT-1000 to your computer. Please make sure to select VT-Multi for speaker and microphone again.
  4. Make sure that the VT-Multi service is running.
