You can reset the printer settings in two ways: resetting all the settings or resetting communication settings only.

Resetting all the settings

1. Turn off the printer.
2. Press and hold the Feed & Cut button while holding down the Power button.
   • The Editor Lite lamp flashes and the Status lamp is lit in orange.
3. Press the Feed & Cut button six times while continuing to hold down the Power button.
   • All printer settings will be reset to the factory settings.

Resetting the communication settings

1. Turn off the printer.
2. Press and hold the Feed & Cut button while holding down the Power button.
   • The Editor Lite lamp flashes and the Status lamp is lit in orange.
3. Press the Feed & Cut button twice while continuing to hold down the Power button.
   • The communication settings will be reset to the factory settings.
