How to open the Devices and Printers window

Follow the steps below.
 

  • Windows 11
    Click [Start] - [All apps] - [Windows Tools] - [Control Panel] - [Hardware and Sound] - [Devices and Printers].

 

  • Windows 10 / Windows Server 2016 / Windows Server 2019
    1. Click / right-click (For the touch operation, touch and hold) [Start] on the desktop.
    2. ( [Windows System] -) [Control Panel] - [Hardware and Sound] - [Devices and Printers].

 

  • Windows 8 / Windows 8.1 / Windows Server 2012 / Windows Server 2012 R2
    1. On the desktop screen, move your cursor to the upper or lower right corner. The menu bar will appear on the right edge of the Desktop screen.

      If the Start screen is on your computer screen, click desktop tile on the Start screen.

    2. Click [Settings] - [Control Panel] - [Hardware and Sound] - [Devices and Printers].

 

  • Windows 7 / Windows Server 2008 R2
    Click the [Start] button - [Devices and Printers].

 

  • Windows Vista / Windows Server 2008
    Click the [Start] button - [Control Panel] - [Hardware and Sound] - [Printers].

 

  • Windows XP / Windows Server 2003
    Click the [Start] button - [Control Panel] - [Printers and Other Hardware] - [Printers and Faxes].

 

 

  • macOS 13 or later
    Click the [Apple] menu - [System Settings] - [Printers & Scanners].
     
  • Mac OS X 10.8 - macOS 12
    Click the [Apple] menu - [System Preferences] - [Print & Scan] or [Printers & Scanners].
