The documents I print from my computer have a curl to them when they feed out of the Brother printer. How do I reduce the paper curl?
To resolve this issue, please follow the steps below.
Step 1:
Fan the stack of paper well as shown in the illustration below to avoid paper jams and misfeeds. And then rotate the paper 180 degree in the paper tray and then try to print again. If the issue still occurs, go to the Step 2.
Step 2:
Check the paper store environment. When the cover of the paper isn't closed firmly and the conditions such as high humidity and high temperature may cause curl or wavy. If paper is stored in such environment, use brand-new paper and then try to print again.
To keep the better quality, please seal up the cover of paper tightly as the illustration below and store the brand-new paper away from the conditions such as high humidity and high temperature.
Step 3:
Make sure that the media type setting in the printer driver matches the type of paper you are using.

If not, change the media type setting to thicker one such as "Thick" or "Thicker Paper" and then try to print again.
Step4:
Select the "Reduce Paper Curl" from the printer driver and try to print again.
